The Equipment Delivery Driver plays a key role in the delivery of our construction equipment to our clients. Reporting to the Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for: - Preparing and delivering construction equipment to clients across the Lower Mainland with company provided vehicle and trailer - Keeping our returned fleet of machinery clean and ensuring they are in good condition - Notify and alert management with any concerns related to client satisfaction or equipment condition - Performance general yard maintenance and cleaning tasks under the direction of the Service Manager This opportunity is a great stepping stone for someone who is looking to learn more about construction machinery and the rental industry. In working with the Equipment Manager and the Service Manager, you will be exposed not only to the mechanics, but also to business operations.

As a key member of Axiom's Equipment Rental Division, the Equipment Technician will be servicing construction equipment and machinery daily, while ensuring all safety standards are properly followed. Reporting to the Service Manager and working seamlessly with all members at the Yard, you will: - Perform regular troubleshooting to identify malfunctions with equipment; - Perform minor equipment maintenance, such as removing, cleaning, repairing, and reinstalling parts and components; - Operate on small machinery, such as: skill saws, electric impact guns, dustless vacuums, power washers, honda engines, etc.; - Conduct machinery evaluations to ensure maintenance compliance standards are met; - Provide manual and physical labour support to the Service Manager; - Ensure work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

They will conduct effective site inspections to ensure that no person can be exposed to unsafe conditions or unsafe activities.

As an emerging leader on the safety management team across all operating companies, the WCB Claims Manager will be work closely with the Regional Safety Managers and Director of Safety to influence a culture and philosophy around an established safety process. The WCB Claims Manager will be responsible for implementing safety process and procedure, managing resources and people, as well as overseeing the claims management process.   Reporting directly into the Director of Safety, the WCB Claims Manager will: - Maintain and implement preventative safety programs to prevent incidents from escalating into WCB claims - Lead claims management process under some direction from the Director of Safety and ensure claims are being handled with urgency and accuracy - Train and enforce protocol surrounding incident reporting and claims submissions - Produce bi-weekly documents and reports on the status of WCB claims, incidents and injuries - Represent all operating companies on all communication with the Workers' Compensation Board of BC - Advise and offer best practices to managers in preparation for employees returning to work following injury - Other job duties as required
