The successful candidate  will receive hands-on training and professional mentorship from experienced Project Managers, trade partners, and field operations staff.   Under the direction of a Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate flow of information related to project details and safety protocols to subtrades, clients/owners, architects, and other project stakeholders. As our organization continues to expand our portfolio of projects, we are looking to diversify our internal talent and skills by bringing on new team members with wood frame expertise.   As part of the larger field operations team, the Superintendent will lead and direct a field and site team to manage the overall operations, site, quality and schedule of a construction project. The successful candidate will maintain effective working relationships with our project management, safety and trades partners while ensuring a seamless construction process consistent with Axiom Builders' commitment to quality, objectives and values. The Hoist Operator is responsible for operating and controlling hosting equipment to lift, move, and position equipment, personnel, and objects. Additionally, they aid site teams with hands-on general site tasks.   Key Responsibilities - Running the personnel hoists as part of a crew, working with other ticketed operators; - Manually run the lift, using the control panel to move between site floors; - Speak with the crew via a walkie-talkie to plan which floor is needing the lift; - Cover breaks and vacation days for your fellow hoist operators; - Perform inspections and safety checks on the equipment to prevent any mechanical issues; - Assist with manual labor tasks as needed when not operating the machinery (cleaning or moving materials, basic duties up to 40lbs. in weight).
