This will include assessment, research, evaluation, and maintenance of all L&D services. Reporting directly to the Manager of Learning and Development, the successful candidate will: - Effectively manage all coordination and administrative duties within the department of current and upcoming programs; - Maintain our Professional Development Program and applications; - Coordinate and schedule the delivery of the learning programs including training sessions, workshops, etc.; - Research, evaluate, and curate a database of training and development courses; - Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create course material that is accessible to a wide learner audience; - Identify opportunities for future organization and talent growth by conducting needs assessments on a regular and impactful basis; - Create and maintain relationships with key educational institutions and industry-specific associations; - Play a large role in maintaining and updating our internal procedural documentation; - Coordinate our education matrix to track all certifications and accreditations earned by employees’; - Back end facilitation of in-person and virtual training deliveries; - Coordinate and support the delivery of internal employee assessments and executive coaching programs (360 Degree Assessments, Predictive Index, etc.)

Axiom Builders is looking for a Project Manager to support the field operations and leadership team in coordinating the building process of a 28-acre master planned community to integrate high-rise luxury homes with rapid transit connections, office space, shopping, dining, entertainment, and other amenities.   This role will have the opportunity to direct and own project performance, including costs, schedule, quality assurance, and project status. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; - Develop and manage project scope, schedule, costs and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility; - Work in partnership with our project accounting team to submit all progress claims, provide forecasts, cost to complete, invoice reviews and cost management; - Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors, third party contacts, consultants, engineers and subtrade partners by always communicating professionally and effectively; - Ensure efficiency, quality, technical competence and fair management of trades and suppliers; - Contract negotiations and management with our trades, updating the established construction schedule, preparing change order management, and preparing progress draws; - Coordinate and maintain comprehensive project documentation in a detail-oriented manner; - Track procurement of equipment and material and report on delivery dates that may impact project schedule; - Review Site Instructions in collaboration with Project Coordination team, communicate key elements to Site Superintendents and Project Managers; - Collaborate with Trade Partners to ensure fair Change Order pricing is provided in timely manner; - Guide Project Coordinator team by answering questions and overseeing quality and accuracy of tasks completed.

Axiom Builders are currently looking for a Financial Systems Manager. As a hybrid role between accounting and technology, the Financial Systems Manager will oversee system implementation and configuration, data integrity, security, support, user training, reporting, maintenance/updates, and process improvements.   This role will report to the Vice President of Finance and will work closely with our accounting, financial planning and technology teams.   Key Responsibilities include: - Analyze and document business requirements for new financial systems and processes. - Work with finance and technology teams to optimize existing systems and design, develop and implement new financial systems. - Collaborate with business users to test and validate new systems or changes to existing systems. - Manage data syncs between financial systems; monitor, investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems - Manage system updates - Provide training and support to business users on financial systems and processes, including development of training materials. - Act as a functional system administrator, manage system access, security and permissions for users. - Maintain Finance master data and ensure data integrity e.g. master chart of accounts (activations, mapping, account requests), data validation and controls. - Participate in project teams to ensure financial systems and processes are in line with project objectives. - Identify and recommend solutions to improve financial processes and systems. - Act as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure that the IT solution meets the business requirements and conforms to IT Architecture policies and designs. The Financial Systems Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure that the financial systems and processes are aligned with the overall business strategy and goals. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of financial systems and processes. In addition, the Manager should have knowledge of IT methodologies and technologies and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Axiom Builders is looking a Senior Superintendent for an 2 residential high-rise tower project in the Vancouver area. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Senior Superintendent will lead a project team to direct and manage the overall operations, quality and schedule of construction site and project. He or she will work closely with both internal and external partners, such as our safety department and our subcontractors, to execute construction in a manner consistent with Axiom Builders' objectives. With the support of the larger project team, the Senior Superintendent will be responsible to: - Identify and advise of design deficiencies, schedule interruptions or difficulties, and other project issues; works collaboratively with Project Manager to resolve issues; - Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance with regards to safety and scope of work; - Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions and change notices to ensure scopes, terms and conditions are properly executed; - Provide regular updates regarding, such as field reports, safety inspections, schedule updates, etc; - Ensure sufficient manpower is provided to achieve safety, schedule and quality objectives; - Ensure all employees, subcontractors and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies; - Supervise and direct team members through regular feedback, training and coaching; timely completion of performance evaluations; - Work in partnership with Head Office an communicate effectively with all departments and provides reports as requested.

As part of a growth-oriented estimating department at Axiom Builders, the Senior Estimator will manage the cost estimates for our diverse pipeline of mixed-use residential and commercial or wood frame projects and effectively communicate details and data to our project teams, clients, owners and consultants. Reporting to the Director, the Senior Estimator will: - Assemble all estimating input including labour, material, equipment and trade pricing with the support of a larger team; - Prepare and analyze labour needs and breakdowns to assist with budgets and planning; - Review designs to identify areas of improvement and opportunity for cost efficiencies; - Complete project scope of work reviews to ensure completeness of estimates, and all technical specifications, subcontractor scopes, and general condition items have been quantified and costed; - Build strong relationships and long-term partnership opportunities with our trades and suppliers; - Conceptual estimating from preliminary drawings through final cost analysis; - Track estimated versus actual costs over the life of the project; - Contribute to design and preconstruction meetings with owners and consultants; - Support our leadership in the training and development of emerging talent on the team.
