As we enter the final expansion of the Axiom Builders head office in Downtown Vancouver, we are looking for an experienced, self-managed Office Coordination & Reception Lead to serve as the linchpin of our 4-storey head office in British Columbia, home to almost 200 employees.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a huge part in employee engagement and client satisfaction, balancing the day to day operations of the office while ensuring our clients and guests have a positive experience the moment they walk through our front doors.
As the office and business operations continue to scale, the potential of this role will grow along with it, paving the way for a long-term career in Office Management or other career opportunities of your interest.
Note: This role will be seated at our main reception area but will have the autonomy to move around the office.
Key Responsibilities
Office Experience (Coordination and Events) – 50%
Reception Management – 40%
General Administrative Support – 10%

The base salary range for this role may be $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive performance-based bonus program. During the interview process, let’s talk to get the right fit for your experience level.
